Hello,

@cvkealey

@RezaDorrani

I have created Approval flow where I want to put in response Approval's comment in HTML table, (like below attachment)

In the flow, I have two approvers (for example R1,R2), Currently I have 2 columns for comments.

Is it possible somehow, I can get both approvers response comment in one column?

2nd,

In the same list, I have 2nd flow which it will trigger manually by selecting "start approval"

2nd flow I created from "when Iteam is created or modified",

Here I have also 2 approvers, (for example R3,R4)

After 1st approval,

The last approval (that person who created the request) will approve and all approvals are involved from the beginning will be get Final mail,

Email should include,

..........email text

+

R1 : response comment (if he writes any) + Requested date + response date

R2: response comment (if he writes any) + Requested date + response date

R3: response comment (if he writes any) + Requested date + response date

R4: response comment (if he writes any) + Requested date + response date

(This 4 is better if we can create in HTML table)

like this,

I am not from technical background,

I need your support if you can help me to complete the flow.

Will be highly appreciated. 🙂
