How do I get the second approver's comments to appear in the email/teams notification

Hello,

 

I have a approval workflow that triggers off when a file it submitted for approval. There is two approvers that need to approve the file. However, the second approvers comments do not show up in the notification, it is pulling the comments from the first approver. How do I correct this?
