Creating a FAQBot to read from SOPs and display relevant information, including images if any

Hi All,

I've been tasked to come up with a POC where the PVA bot reads through multiple SOPs stored in a SharePoint site or OneDrive, and display the relevant information based on user query. This is fairly straightforward if we needed to display only text information. However, the ask is, if the SOP contains screenshots, then the bot response should also include the screenshots wherever necessary.

If displaying the screenshot is not possible, the bot should generate a URL that will open the SOP to that specific page.

I have read through several articles, but don't see any way to get this done.

Is this possible, and if yes, can someone guide me through the process / point me to relevant websites?

Regards,

Sandeep
