Error on "Start and Wait for Approval"

Getting the following error on a process which previously did work:

 

"Forbidden. The request failed. Error code: 'ApiManagementAccountNotAllowed'. Error Message: 'Call not allowed from api management account 'europe-002'.'." 

 

Any assistance would be helpful

    @mykk_mc  this looks like a region specific issue, many people are facing this error in Europe region https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/I-Found-A-Bug/Flow-failing-at-the-approval-section-Error-code/td-p/324646/page/4 

    Check your service health in M365 admin to see if there is any advisory posted.
