Creating a marketing activity for a contact in Dynamics 365

Hello,
I'm trying to add/create a marketing activity, in a Contact's timeline every time their engage with our company. It can be filling a form, registering to a Teams Webinar or opening an email
I can't find this activities either in using the Dynamics connection nor using the Dataverse connection.

Here are the highlevel steps:

Capture engagement data from form submissions, email opens, or webinar registrations.

Use Power Automate to create or update activities in Dataverse.

Associate the activity with the relevant Contact via the Regarding field.

Configure the Contact's timeline to display all associated activities.

First off, thank you for your response.
Then, what you describe is what I tested but I keep having an error message :

I followed the steps you suggested but I guess I'm missing something

Could you provide more details so I can compare.
