Unable to view excel in SharePoint in Power Automate Flow

I am trying to use List Rows in a Table (Excel). 
When I am trying to access the file from the sharepoint folder, I am not able to find it. However, there are many other excel files which are visible to me. 

What could be the possible reasons for this?

    Is this file created by you or shared with you by someone else? If it was shared with you, in what manner was it shared?

    It was shared with me on sharepoint. I think the access is internal to organization only.
