Saving email and attachments to a sharepoint folder - Email is blank with no content

Hi everyone.

I've created a flow to save specific emails (coming into a ShareMailbox) and it's attachments into a SharePoint folder which is also created as part of the flow.

I've got the flow working to save the attachments across and rename them working fine 🙂

Am having issues with saving the original email - currently, it comes through as blank and I can't figure out why.

Please help 🙂

    Hi @AMK_75

Pls check from the previous flow run instance if "Export email" action returns empty body.

Also, pls verify if you have correctly set the output body of export email action in the create file action:

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

    Thanks very much!

For some reason when i rechecked it and changed the file type back to .eml the saving of the email is now working fine 🙂

    Have a great day!
