Track the download status from SharePoint folder.

Dear Power Automate experts,
I am looking for a power automate online flow-
 
  1. I have a folder in my SharePoint. Inside this folder, I have some subfolders and files.
  2. People can download files/folders from this SharePoint.
  3. Whenever any files/ folders are being downloaded, I am looking for a track record. Information will be saved in a excel of SharePoint.
 
it means whenever Files/folder are being downloaded, Flow will be triggered, and flow will update excel with below information-
  1. Who (email ID) download the file?
  2. when (date and time) download the file.\
  3. What (File/Folder) is downloaded?
  4. what is the Name (File name/Folder name)?
