Checking if a Sharepoint Folder has been Shared with an email address

I need to create a script to check if certain folders on a SharePoint site have been shared with a list of email addresses (some within our organisation and some external).

There doesn't seem to be a built in function to check this in Poweautomate and I've kind of hit a wall with it.  Any help or advise would be much appreciated.

    Hi @eilishourigan,

This is definitely not an easy one. You have to combine a couple of REST API requests within your flow.

I would start by using the HasUniqueRoleAssignments method and build from there. After that you could also retrieve the roleassignments and its members and match that against an array of email addresses.

Try something below to start with:

Replace the ItemID value by the number of the item you want to check

    _api/web/lists/getbytitle('@{variables('ListName')}')/items(@{variables('ItemID')})?$select=FileLeafRef,HasUniqueRoleAssignments

Thanks so much for that - I will give it a try.
