Hi,

Can you please help me to extract data from Dynamics 365 based application? I need to extract single line based on filter criterion. I tried to use Web based automation, but it is toothless as the application has a ton of dynamic IDs and not much to cling to.

I filter data based on SAP code and need to extract all the blacked out fields for the product.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Why don't you use cloud flows and the Dynamics 365 connectors? List of supported connectors | Microsoft Power Automate
Or the "Export to Excel" feature?

@fraenK Thanks for your insight. To be honest I was quite struggling with which connector to use for Dynamics 365. Export to Excel does not work as there is some limit of 100 000 records and I need more.

If you want to extract 100k records, then UI Automation is not a good idea. 😉

With the Common Data Service connectors it should be pretty straight forward, just use "list records/rows" for your entity/table in your environment with your content or number of records filter:
