When will there be a Windows 10 desktop Flow app? Couldn't the current Flow app for Windows 10 mobile be recompiled to a desktop app?

Microsoft flow is currently based on the online services using browser, and I have seen a similar request on Flow Ideas Forum, please vote and comment the idea at here:

You could also create a new one on the Flow Ideas Forum.
