Update a Lookup Column with an array of values causing me problems

Hello, so I am creating an app in Power Apps that will be used for learning and taking courses. All the information is stored in a SharePoint site and I have multiple lists with information. I have a list called Estudiantes where I store students information like the courses assigned to them and their completed courses. Both columns of Assigned Courses and Completed Courses are lookup columns that reference the title column in another list called Courses and in both columns there can be multiple courses in the same field.

I am creating a flow that is triggered by a Power Apps button, that when the student completes a course it automatically moves the course they just completed from assigned to completed.

What I've done so far is trigger the flow with a Power Apps button and input the Student Name and Course from the app. I will a attach a screenshot of the progress. The flow right now has two variables: RemainingCourses and CompletedCourses. CompletedCourses supposed to store the already existing Completed Courses and add the recently completed one (this works). The problem comes from the RemainingCourses variable. For this variable I currently have an Apply to each assigned course (from the original list) and check with a filter array if they match with the recently completed course. I did this to eliminate the recently completed course from the assigned courses column. The problem is that when I try the Update Item action, it has an error and wont accept neither the variable, nor the outputs. I suspected that it needed the Id from the original value so I did a Select action and extracted the Id but it still wont run.

The current error message I have is : OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Update_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'item/CursosAsignados/0/Id' is required to be of type 'Integer/int64'. The source type/format 'Array' of the value '[{"Id":6},{"Id":5},{"Id":16}]' is not convertible to type/format 'Integer/int64'.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Click here and then enter the value of the variable. This lets you provide your input (in your case) as an array

I tried it but the flow still wont run. Now the error message is this:
OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Update_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'item/CursosAsignados/0/Id' is required to be of type 'Integer/int64'. The source type/format 'Array' of the value '[{"Id":6},{"Id":5}]' is not convertible to type/format 'Integer/int64'.
