Copy a Teams Meeting Recording created in OneDrive to be copied to a OneDrive Shared Library specific user folder

Hello Team,

I would really appreciate your help on this.

Our requirement is to basically redirect/copy Certain User's Teams Meeting Recordings saved automatically (from March 1, 2021) in One Drive of that user to another OneDrive Shared Library folder named as that user's name. How to create a power Automate flow for this task.

As soon as the Teams Meeting Recording Mp4 file gets created at the end of the meeting in that user's "Recordings" folder then it should be copied to another onedrive shared library folder created by that user's name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Amir.

    Hi @AmirShahzad,

    You could create such Flow to approach that:

    1. Create a trigger When a file is created;

    2. Create a condition if Filename contains .mp4;

    3. then use split() function extract file extension:

    split(triggerOutputs()?['headers/x-ms-file-name-encoded'],'.')[1]

    4. Get file metadata and get the modified user;

    5. Copy the file to the destination folder:

    Thank you Lin Tu. I tried and the work flow test says it is successful but the file does not get copied from source oneDrive to Sharepoint Shared Library one drive folder

    Here is the screenshot, am I giving the shared library path correct?https://photos.app.goo.gl/D11bvpDRosXidBwZA
