Hi Team, We recently created new sharepoint list, the sharepoint is not getting under the list of Sharepoint in the drop down when flow is created for new item created., can you please help what permissions are needed to get the new SP, to the list of Sharepoint to work on powrr automate
Ensure that the user credentials you are using within the Flow step have access to the SharePoint list in question. Each step has an ellipsis (...) that you can click to change the credentials, like so:
Also, verify that your SharePoint connection is still valid via the Data > Connections menu:
On the connections page, make sure that your SharePoint credentials are marked as Connected. You can also delete/re-add these credentials if needed.
If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, your Flow run history, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
