Invalid Template : Unable to process language expression

Hello Experts , I have been trying hard to fix this but no success. Can someone please help me here.
I have a flow which is triggered in PowerApps. The flow does a simple task of creating a folder inside the SharePoint Document library. I have parallel actions on the flow. I am passing the folder path from PowerApps in the form of folder structure. eg : /FOLDER/SUBFOLDER or say "/New Customer/200014-test" to both the SharePoint documents . As you can see in the attachment, the second parallel action fails when i run the flow. Please help

    Hi there,

     

    I encountered the exact same issue, in short: This error is not caused by an issue with the action or the configuration of the action, your Flow is fine, but it means your Flow is corrupt.

     

    Solution: I simply save the Flow as a new flow, and the new Flow works perfectly!

     

    If you are not as lucky as I am, I did some research for you as well, try below:

    1. Close your browser session, re-open the Flow in a new session and re-run the Flow.
    2. Remove the offending action and connection, re-add your action and repeat step1.
    3. Exporting and then re-importing your Flow.
