Hey, i made a app to scan a invoices and store them in excel as row, but we faced some issue with Serial number for example Invoice table looks like it

CodeDetailsPriceQuantityTotal Price
PH121123A Laptop400$5Bad at math
PGHJASJDA Monitor300$10Bad at math
LENOVOKeyboard30$10Bad at math

Serial Number: Serial1,Serial2,Serial3, Serial4   ( This is for Laptops) but they don't tell you that.
Serial Number: Serial1,Serial2,Serial3, Serial4  ( This is for Monitors) but they don't tell you that.

and etc.
and they write serial numbers as a new Row.

How to tell an AI to this Serial number belongs to that group of laptops. which are 5, and next serial in line belongs to second laptop. and etc.

    Hi @JustinasZ,

    Thanks for posting this question.

The AI Builder forms model extracts data as it is written on the documents you process. There is no way today to tell the model to infer other values based on what is written on the document.

What you can do, is put that logic in a cloud flow once the AI model has extracted the data. You can use a Switch action to, based on the code/serial number extracted by the model, assign a variable to the corresponding asset type (laptop, monitor,...) and then write that into Excel. Below you will see an example on how this can be done:

    I hope this helps!
