Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Please see my current data structure. Would it be possible to have a distinct dropdown list for "Name", but when you select the name it allows you to then filter based on "Function", "Pool" and "Competency/A.S.K." and then display all the "Elements", along with the "Target" and "Value" so that they can be edited?

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!
