Sending Notifications To Users Based Off Age Of Sharepoint list Items

Hello All!

So i have a quandry i need assistance with. I have a flow that will scan my sharepoint list and then delete anything older than 60 days on said list. however i would also like for a flow to scan the list, and any items at that 30 day mark will prompt the flow to send an email to an email address that is recorded within the item is has detected.

Let me know if you need more info on this one.

Hi @alexb11 ,

You can create a scheduled flow, runs every day and from the list get items that are 30 days older than today and looping on all the items to send Emails.

Thank you for that, so i thought about doing this, however when it comes to the expression i am having issues, would you know the expression i would need to write to make this viable?

Hi @alexb11 ,

Do you mean the filter query in Get items action? If so, please share the details about the list, especially columns internal names and types.

I assume a Date column and a Choices column are related, the filter query would be:

Status eq 'Mark' and DateTime eq '@{addDays(utcNow(),-30,'yyyy-MM-dd')}'

this is my layout for the list, the highlighted column would be the date column that would track when the item was created

So, there is only one condition of getting items create 30 days ago. The query to filter is:

UploadDato eq 'addDays(utcNow(),-30,'yyyy-MM-dd')'
