I want to share a form that has received responses with other users who need to be able to edit the responses:

1. each completed form triggers "start a new channel" AND "email to team that a form has been completed"

2. have the form's responses appear in the channel

3. allow users to edit those responses within the channel (is this possible?)

4. email a user when a response has been edited

Is this possible? This is my current Flow:

Hi @dtranGANV, you're not going to be able to edit the responses directly and save them, and if you post the response to a Teams channel you won't be able to edit and save it either. What I would suggest is that when you get a response, in your flow you create an item in a SharePoint list. That will then allow you to update the item in the list with whatever changes are required. You might need to have a tab in Teams that points to the list to enable you to do it from there.
