Post to Teams Channel and limiting replies to moderators

Hi All,

Quite new to the whole Power Platform, having come from a traditional software development background, and completely blown away with how good, and how supportive these forums are.  Apologies if this isn't the most suitable forum however.

I have a scheduled flow that routinely queries a SharePoint list and sends out announcements and reminders to a designated Teams Channel.  I want to be able to prevent none moderators from replying to these messages, as you can do when manually creating posts:

I can't see any way to do this using the [Post message in a chat or channel] action.

Any help or support would be gratefully received.

Mike

    Did you ever find a way?  I'm looking into this, as well.

    Hi Gr8.

    No I didnt.

    For various reasons, unrelated to this specific problem, I ended up generating my Teams post by making an HTTP request to the end-point instead of using the standard action.  This was mainly to allow me more control over @ mention features and adaptive card.  However, in the process of doing this, I didnt come across any addition settings / fields that would allow me to restrict who could respond.

    If you find anything, please let me know.

    Good luck hunting.

    Mike

    @mikecollins ,

    Thanks for the reply.  I finally had to give up on the idea.  I even tried posting and then trying to use the Update a post but those options were not available.  Tried numerous PS scripts and HTTP post commands, to no avail.
