No longer able to open up attachments in email from my flow

I created a few different flows to capture form responses and then send reply messages that the form was received.  The flows also had the ability to send attachments.  It has worked perfectly then the last request came in and we could not open the pdf attachment.   I got the message Annotation 2023-05-23 104111.png

After investigating I also tried to send a test with a Word file and was also unable to open the file.  Annotation 2023-05-23 104111 b.png

Below is my flow:

I don't understand how everything works for a while and then stops working.  Please help me with a solution.  Thanks

Diana

    Hey @dkeith

Try removing the " (double quotes) around the File Content...

Do you want to see the output from a test or just what I have set up for the flow?  Here is a test that I ran and the attachment came through on the email but but I was unable to open it.

First off thank you for your help on this.  I learned about this application from YouTube to use it for something at work, so I literally copied it exactly as I saw it on YouTube.  Saying this I want you to understand that I would need to know step by step the changes I need to make.  I got rid of the double quotes around File Content

I was received the following error

    error 3.png

Can you lead me to a specific video of the correct path in this section?
