One of the external user trying to access the app got an error message. I have attached the image of the error message. I gave app permission and added them in teams also.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
User's who have a per User plan should not be seeing this message. They are already licensed for premium connections. Per app plan licenses cover one app for one user. They are automatically assigned to a user the first time they use the app if they don't have a per user plan assigned to them. I would verify that you still have per app licenses available in that app's environment and assigned to that app. I suspect you've used up your per app license pool and that's why people are getting this message.

Regarding license we are using per user, per app plan. I would like to know in both licenses in which scenario, we will get this error ?

What connectors are you using? Are you on an Office 365 based license, per user, per app, or older plan1/2. If its the older plan1/plan2 then the license may have aged out. What connections does the app use?
