Environment called "msdyn_viva" in Power Platform. What is it used for and can it be deleted?

Hi there. I developed a flow that gets all Power Automate flows connected to SPO sites. Recently, it is failing for an environment called "msdyn_viva" as the account used for the connection does not have permissions based on the error. Does anyone know what this "msdyn_viva" environment is used for and can it be deleted?
