Problem Description:

I'm experiencing an issue with a Power Automate HTTP trigger that receives a 202 status code but never actually executes the flow, resulting in a blank page response.

Background & Setup:

I created an approval workflow system with two flows:

First Flow: "CRM Approval Request" - Triggers when a CRM record is updated, sends email with approval buttons

Second Flow: "HTTP Approval Handler" - Processes approval/rejection via HTTP requests

Current Configuration:

HTTP Trigger Setup:

Trigger: "When a HTTP request is received"

Method: GET

Authentication: Anyone can trigger

All security settings are OFF (Secure Inputs, Secure Outputs, Schema Validation)

Current Behavior:

Flow Status: Active

HTTP Response: 202 Accepted (problematic)

Run History: Completely empty

Browser Result: Blank white page

Network Tab: Shows 202 status code with empty response body

What I've Tried:

Verified flow is turned ON

Checked all trigger security settings (all OFF)

Turned flow OFF/ON multiple times

Tested URL directly in browser

Verified URL parameters are correct

Checked that no runs appear in history

Expected Behavior:

The HTTP trigger should execute the flow and return an HTML response page showing "Request Approved" or "Request Rejected" based on the action parameter.
