trying to create an event when new email arrives for everyone in company

I have created a flow where any time I use the word themail in the subject of a sent email, it creates an activity in CRM. It is working great for myself, however I need it to work for everyone in my company, it does not even catch on that my other team members are using the themail phrase.

Hello @v-micsh-msft , Yes, I added another user from my organization to test the flow and it did no create the activity when she sent the email thanks
