Hi!
My simple flow sends me an email notification each time a Sharepoint List is changed.
I shared this Flow with a co-worker thinking Flows were personal, so as a owner he would get notifications too.
But, only I recieve emails. So what else is there to do than sharing the Flow?
@Eirik1337 like @RobElliott said it will only send you emails unless you tell it to otherwise.
Sharing your Flows allows other members of your team to collaborate and work on it with you.
At my company, my team shares Flows with our team O365 group. This makes sure that all members of the team have access to it in case they need to change it or fix it if it is failing. Always good to have a couple of people with access in case something happens when you're out of the office.
Hi @Eirik1337 Flows are connected to the original creator, so "Send me..." will send it to you as the creator. If you want a flow to notify someone else as well, use the "Send an email notification" action - it's a white envelope on a green background - and it will send the email to them from Microsoft PowerApps and Flow. Hope that helps.
