Hello. Hope you are fine. I would like to create a flow which should extarct the data from incoive to the template excel file. Is it possible to extract the data to specific columns ? Not just simple table. Thanks in advance.

I'm sure there are multiple ways to implement a solution. Here are a couple thoughts:
Create a table in the template spreadsheet or some other workbook to accept the data then write lookup formulas to extract from the table
You can also use Office Scripts in Excel for the web in Power Automate. The script would write content to specific ranges and be passed values from the flow.
I'm curious, what AI specific aspects might you implement in this flow?

Its a purchase request document. I dont want to write everytime manually the things. I need to automatically fill the eccel form from the pdf invoice that I receiving always

If you can reliably extract the data from each pdf invoice the writing of the data to excel should be relatively easy. Do you know how you might extract the data?
