Hi,
I am in the process of setting up flow in our organization was wondering if there is a document from Microsift that explains the best practices on how to setup the flow in O365 tenent.
What account should be used to run the flows, I would like to create some flows but I only have sharepoint collection admin right on our environmnet. Would it be better to create flow admin account that has elevated permissions and run the flows from that account?
Thanks,
Anupam
My aplologies for the delay in posting the reply.
Sorry for the delay in response. We have E3 and E5 licenses available. I have the sharepoint admin rights and have an E3 license assigned to my account.
I am trying to figure out if would be the best approach to create an global admin account dedicated to setup flows(flow admin account). Below I am listing a use cases where I am looking for some advise.
1. I do not have global admin rights on our Office 365 environment, how can I consume other 365 services in flow, e.g One drive, Teams?
2. If a flow that I created have fails, the fail notice is sent to me. How can have this notice to sent to a shared mailbox so that other developers are also aware of it?
3. I created a flow and I would like to share that with other developer in my team. One option is to manually share each flow with my team members so they can edit. Is there a better way?
Thank you,
Anupam

Hi @anka,
Have you subscribed a plan for using Microsoft flows?
If you haven't subscribed a plan for using Microsoft flows, you could refer to link below to subscribe a plan for microsoft flow and the you could have an account to create flows:
https://asia.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/
And if you have subscribe office 356, you could use your office 365 account to use microsoft flow.
Best regards,
Alice
