User getting prompts (Oracle connection)

We have a Powerapp which uses premium connectors like Oracle. Most of our users get a permission prompt(attached screenshot) which we cant get past since the "Allow" option has not been enabled.

 

Our admins ran this command "Set-AdminPowerAppApisToBypassConsent -EnvironmentName" to disable the prompt which did not help as well.

 

Any thoughts/advise here how to solve this
