How to show who approved and who rejected in an approval flow

I have built an Approval flow set to "Custom Responses- Wait for all responses" with the following response options: Approve, Reject, and N/A. There are also multiple assignees.

I have the following condition so the approval is successful if the assignees select approve or N/A, and it is rejected if anyone selects Reject,

However, when testing, if 2 people state approve and one person N/A- it goes through and it says everyone approved. Separately, if two people select approve and one person selects reject, it will state that everyone rejected.

How can I show each person's exact response?

    Hello @Anonymous ,

all the responses and their details are stored in output 'Responses'. There's a detailed information per task/user which you can process, you have dynamic content for the user, his response, time when he completed the task, his comments, etc. You can go through all the responses and add some condition that if 'Responses approver response' is ...., do something.

Outcome will give you the overall outcome of the approval.  But Responses is a collection of the responses for each individual approver.  You'll need to run the Responses collection through an Apply to Each loop to gather up the users and their responses in an array that you can use to create an HTML table.  Then display the table.

Hi @Anonymous, to get the response details, I use a Parse JSON after the approval action to parse the output of the Approval. It gives me the details of the responders and their selected options. You can grab the output of a previous flow instance and use it as sample payload to generate the schema of the Parse JSON action. The approval output has a 'responder' object that has the details you need.

    Hope this helps.
