Power Automate Send a mobile notification to multiple recipients

Hi ,

 

I'm trying to figure out if I can send a mobile notification in Power Automate to to multiple recipients mobile phones.

I'm referring to the push notification in Flow not the powerapps.

 

If so where do I add the recipients ?
