We have a flow process for automating on boarding at our company. We did have a working process in place, however the person that built the flow left. After converting the stuff he did to use my account things were working somewhat. After a while though the last process in the Automate Flow stopped working. The flow works as follows.
The HR department submits a new applicant with certain information like name, start date, department etc.
Flow automate scans every hour and sees the form. It picks it up and sends it to the manager to approve. The manager adds on other things needed to the form, like equipment and software. Then they accept the form.
It goes back into a sharepoint que and in another hour another flow picks it up and sends it to a partner. That partner does the same as the manager, adds equipment, and software, then approves.
Once they do it goes back to the sharepoint que and sits for another hour, where the last flow picks up the files and submits it to the helpdesk.
Now I am able to get all but the last part of the flow to work, and I am not well versed in flow. But I am desperately looking for help on this.
