Capturing Out of Office of a list of users and create a HTML Table to be used in next steps

Hi All.

I have not a great Expertise for Programming so it's not easy for me to understand the logical steps of a flow.

I know How to capture the Out of Office  ( using "get email tips f).

Having multiple users to check I created a "Apply for each" , capturing the variable from a list of items in Sharepoint.

The problem is to create a HTML table with the result of the output for any "apply", with the name of the user and the result of the "get email tips".

Any suggestion here?

Thanks

    Hi @LukeShore ï¼Œ

    You could try:

1\Create an array type variable before doing the apply to each.

2\Append the items to the variable in each loop by 'Append to an array'

3\Convert the array to a HTML table by 'Create a HTML table'

    Thanks.

    Attached my flow...

the source is a sharepoint list with names duplicated  (for different reasons). so first I create a variable with email address removing duplicates.

Then, using the variable to lookup on Outlook, for each item...

Then.. append the result to a variable ( to be used for a HTML Table and email notification with a final step)

the PROBLEM is that I Find only the first Approver listed in the Variabale/HTML table and not all

    Where AM I wrong?
