I have a flow condition that searches for a specific character at the beginning of an email alias ("X-"JoeSmith@Email.com). There is a change in our company structure where that character (X-) is no longer going to be there.
Is it possible to create a SharePoint access list with specific members so that if the condition sees that name in that list the condition will be met? Example below.
Condition: Name is equal to "Access List Column 'Name' "
Access List:
Column "Name"
Joe Smith
John Doe
Jane Smith
