I am sorry I am confused, you are asking questions about Forms, this is Power Automate, there is an O365 for Forms.
You then switch and ask if you can save and copy an existing fow and edit by changing the path and location.
What path and location you haven't shared any pictures.
Yes, you can save and copy a Flow and edit it into whatever you want.
What does will the flow exist? Exist where?

- Yes, you can make a copy of a Form
- Yes you can make a copy of a Flow
- Yes, you can change the Form that the Flow gets triggerd from
- Yes you can then change any actions to match the new Flow Trigger versus the old one
