Copy of an Existing Flow

Hi All,

We are using survey forms and excel spreadsheet to link to Salesforce. We have an existing survey that syncs to SF. We are thinking to do a new survey of the same topic but for this current year. So can I copy and save the existing flow and then edit it by changing the path and location? Will the flow exist? The survey questions are exactly similar to the existing flow. Please advice.

    Hi @sreeray

I am sorry I am confused, you are asking questions about Forms, this is Power Automate, there is an O365 for Forms.

You then switch and ask if you can save and copy an existing fow and edit by changing the path and location.

What path and location you haven't shared any pictures.

Yes, you can save and copy a Flow and edit it into whatever you want.

What does will the flow exist? Exist where?

    Sorry you aren't clear.

    • Yes, you can make a copy of a Form
    • Yes you can make a copy of a Flow
    • Yes, you can change the Form that the Flow gets triggerd from
    • Yes you can then change any actions to match the new Flow Trigger versus the old one
    •

    Does that answer you?

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

Yes it answered! Sorry if I was not clear. So I made a copy of existing flow and then change the location of the file as it's a new form with new excel data. So i was just asking if I can copy an existing flow and change where it needs to be.

Thanks! and it did answer my question. I am sorry I am new to this and I received no training so I am just googling, guessing and trying to understand
