Jira Create Issue - 'BadGateway" Status code

Hello, 

 

I have created a simple flow that collects MS Forms request to fill a product backlog in Jira. It worked fine for about a month and something happened that seemed to break it providing the attached error:

In reviewing the error, I noticed reference of 'reporter' field of type 'user' is not supported. Which led me to believe it to potentially be related to permissions in Jira. I noticed an admin did indeed make a permission scheme change but when I check my permissions, nothing changed that would prevent me from creating an issue. 

 

I am totally lost. Wondering if anyone has seen this sort of thing. 

 

 

Note - I have other flows accomplishing the same task. This is the only one presenting me the error.

    @raheel Hi there; we have not. We have decided to purchase licenses to complete the loop with Jira Service Management to keep the whole process in the same system and flow.

    @ZacLit unfortunately I did not. I had recreated as @v-yujincui-msft had mentioned with no luck. I just went the Jira Form route instead to workaround.

    Maybe you could try to recreate this flow and try again.

    In addition, maybe you could consider creating a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
