Power apps leave app on 365, collections gallery for about, how can we edit the collection and change the buttons on the about page

We would like to do much more with power apps and Ideally make apps for every part of our business.

We have made a start with the sample leave request app and need to know how to edit collections without adding in a bin icon and a clear button and to remove / label buttons as they all seem to be grouped together ?

Are you expecting to do the bulk edit?
You can put a
ForAll(Collection, LookUp(Collection, //add your expression//), Patch{//Add your expression//}
