I'm not sure if this is possible and having a hard time visualizing this. But I have a Flow that sends an email based on a calendar date. I would like to update this flow by having it send a message from 2 or 3 different options. Let's say these messages are based on Birthdays. When it's someone's birthday it will send messages 1, 2, or 3. There is no reason why it needs to sends a specific message but it can send messages 1, 2, or 3.

In this case, I'm pulling a random choice from a list of cards, but you could just as easily do that with a list of quotes/messages (I think I do this later in the series).
