Lookup Manager of user who submitted document - UPN and email address not the same

I have a Flow that triggers when a new form is submitted to a SP library. The user's UPN is different from their email address, and I'm trying to lookup their manager, and the action for it needs the UPN. How can I get a UPN from just a user's email address?

    Hi @rlburg,

     

    Sorry but I'm afraid that the UPN  of SharePoint is not available in flow so far. 

    You could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
