The requirement is to be able to hit the refresh all button in the excel and it use a flow to update the excel from the PowerBI Data Model.

Now you may ask why? Well we don't have enough PowerBI licenses to go around yet (that change is happening in February).

The data itself is in Dataverse and that is being used in the PowerBI Data Model.

If I can build a flow - I can use my persona as the connection since I have a license. I just don't think it's possible. Thoughts?
