Problem accessing Power Pages

Hi all, I have a problem accessing Power Pages. Let me explain the situation better, I have two environments: a development environment (sandbox) and a production environment.
In the development one everything works correctly and I can access the homepage after the Microsoft login, in the production one however not, after the login I get redirected here (https://site.com/Register?ReturnUrl=%2F😞

I checked everything I could check and there seems to be no difference between dev and prod.

As you can see, the page is set to be seen by everyone. Also in the preview below you can see that the page is there.

Identity providers (same in dev and prod):

The permissions table is empty in both dev and prod, the site is public in both environments.

Attached you can find the excel extracted from Site Setting, even there I see no discordance.

I noticed a very strange behavior doing the tests. If I create a new test page:
- In dev it stays and I can see it normally
- If I do it in prod instead the page creates it at the moment, but then on refresh of the builder page it is as if it never existed and is nowhere to be seen.

Frankly, I wouldn't know what else to look at. Thank you for your help.

@lcristo-avvale1 It seems like you’re experiencing an issue with accessing Power Pages in your production environment. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

    1. Verify Identity Provider Configuration: Double-check that the identity provider configuration in your production environment matches that of your development environment. Ensure that the login process is correctly configured to redirect users to the correct page after authentication.
    2. Review Permissions: Even though you mentioned that the page is set to be seen by everyone, confirm that there are no specific permissions or settings affecting access to the homepage in the production environment.
    3. Check Site Settings: Review the Excel extract from Site Settings to ensure there are no discrepancies between the settings in the development and production environments.
    4. Test with a New Page: Since you noticed a strange behavior with creating new pages in the production environment, try creating a new test page again and closely observe any error messages or unexpected behavior. This might provide additional clues about the underlying issue.
    5. Review Logs: Check the logs or error messages in the production environment for any indications of what might be causing the redirection issue after login.

Check that both your Dev and Prod are using the same Model - enhanced or non-enhanced (from Admin Center Environments->your environment->Resources->Power Pagers Sites)

If you are making changes and they are reverting

    • make sure that you do not have the same item open in both the Site Editor and Portal/Power Pages Management App.  Also, check that the site editor is saying 'saved' in the at the top of the page.
    • Make sure third party cookies are enabled in your browser
    • Do a Empty Cache and Hard refresh of your browser (F12 to open browser console, then right click the refresh icon in your browser and choose the 3rd option - is only visible when browser console is open)

Yes, I confirm that in both enveirorments the models are: Enhanced.

I actually noticed that it does not make the save: “Unable to save”.

In dev environment I am admin and in prod environment I am “Maker with access data”, could it be related to my permissions? I should be able to create new content though.
Also I have possibility to update code via VSC and change Site Settings.
