Working on an approval app --- at the moment the requester must select who their Director/VP/CEO is depending on who comes up first in their hierarchy. Right now I am just using a people picker field for the requester to select their direct approver. I know that its possible to search a user's manager by their title (Office365Users.Manager(InfoAbout.Text).JobTitle). My question is, is it possible for it to keep looking for the manager above until something in the title reads "Director, VP, whatever"?
Would this work to filter just for Director, even if their full title was Director of XYZ?

Have you tried putting a search in front of your formula then it should do a fuzzy search I think.
