Can you populate the fields in a Power App using Power Automate?

I've been asked to find out if my org can create a Power Automate flow to populate the fields in a Teams Power App. We can't (and don't want to) circumvent the app to drop data straight into the list underlying the app, but rather want a way to submit lots of data to the app without having to enter it all manually. I've seen lots of guidance that works the other way - passing data from a Power App into a flow - but can't find a way to do it the other way around. I've been playing with the Power App connectors in Power Automate but can't work out if they do what I want or not! Thanks for any suggestions 🤞

If you are willing to use a premium connector, you can use the Response action.

Otherwise you need to pass stringified JSON through the standard connector & parse it into a collection on the app side.
