Hi,

I am experiencing a problem while trying to connect to Office 356 Outlook. At Data -> Connection -> New Connection I choose "Office 365 Outlook", then a login window appears where I type in my creditentials. After that I receive th following error message:

OAuth2Certificate authorization flow failed for service 'Office 365 (Discovery, Certificate)'. O365 discovery endpoint returned status code 401 (Unauthorized). Response:\r\n{"error":{"code":"-2147024891, System.UnauthorizedAccessException","message":"Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource."}}

Can someone help me with this?

    Hi @agabor,

    The error message says that you don’t have permission to access the resource.

    Please check the subscription and make sure it has not been expired.

    Besides, please confirm with your tenant admin to check if the they have set YES for “Users can consent to apps accessing company data on their behalf” option in AAD.

    It could be found under AAD>User and groups>User settings>Enterprise applications.

    Hope it could be your reference.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi @v-yamao-msft,

    I have a free personal licence, and I do not suppose that it can expire. I did have a premium licence before, but that have expired quite a while before.
