How do I download my flows and/or share with another MS 365 user?

My organization is changing tenants and I need to backup/move about a dozen browser automation desktop flows.

There are presently no options to save, download, share, transfer, or move anywhere that I can find anywhere. How can I do this?

I have the same question (0)

Pasting @Agnius Solution for your quick reference.

If you want to transfer them between user accounts or environments, there are a few ways to do it:

    • If you have a Premium account, you can create a Solution in the cloud portal and add the flows to the solution. You can then export them as a .zip file that can be imported in other environments.
    • If you have a Premium account, but only want to share it with other users within the same environment, you can simply share it via the cloud portal.
    • If you do not have a Premium account, you would need to copy the flows to text files and then paste them back on the target user's machine into the PAD designer.

    Hi @jesse535 ,

If user within same environment then try with share user.

Try with solution option , navigate to solution and create solution- add flows whatever you are created and finally export. From another environment you can able to import so it will be automatically present in flows.

3rd Try to zip export flow file and import zip files with another user.

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution. If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.
