Monthly reminder for SharePoint events showing duplicate/phantom data

I've built a monthly reminder to post in Teams chat and channels of upcoming SharePoint events. The flow itself works great but it seems to be pulling in phantom data, either events that aren't on the calendar or duplicate events. Any idea why this could be happening?
