I have a sp list where data is updated via power apps. I am looking at sending an email to my stake holders at a specific time in the month with consolidated info. One of the columns I have is name of manager. In all my data set has your managers. I would like to use PA to filter data based on each manager, save excel and then send that email to the manager.

I have made flow like thin past, but for each manager I did one flow. Since that base was just 5, it was not an issue. Any help is appreciated

@sankhlay you can use Get Items action to get data for that specific time in month using filter query, then you can use Union expression to get the unique manager names from those item fetched, and then loop through the manager names to create excel to be sent in email.
