Hi,
 
I am reaching out to get advise on using Power Automate to track FedEx shipment status and retrieve delivery notes by passing the tracking ID. Has anyone here had experience with FedEx API or implemented something similar?

    You can integrate Power Automate with the FedEx API to track shipment status and retrieve delivery notes using a tracking ID.
     
    Here’s a general approach:
     
    Steps to Implement FedEx Tracking in Power Automate
    1. Get FedEx API Access
    2. Register on the FedEx Developer Portal to obtain API credentials.
    3. Generate an API key for tracking shipments.
    4. Set Up Power Automate Flow
    5. Create a new Automated Cloud Flow in Power Automate.
    6. Use the HTTP Connector to call the FedEx API.
    7. Configure the request to send the tracking ID and retrieve shipment details.
    8. Parse API Response
    9. Use Parse JSON action to extract relevant details like delivery status and notes.
    10. Store the extracted data in SharePoint, Dataverse, or Excel for easy access.
    11. Trigger Notifications
    12. Set up Power Automate notifications to alert users when a shipment status changes.
    13. Use Teams or Email to send updates.
