How to connect multiple RSS to Twitter?

I'm trying to connect the RSS to Twitter, but I can only connect to one. How do I connect additionally? I wonder if I have to pay.

I'm uploading pictures, but I think it's a problem with the API part, so I wonder if there's a way to register multiple RSSs on Twitter.
