Work email not being recognised as such, can't use premium features

Hello,

Today I wanted to modify my flow to point to another file system, but when I tried to create the connection, I got the error:

"Your license(s) doesn’t support the use of gateways. To use this feature, start a trial."

After reading this:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Connecting-To-Data/File-system-connection-not-shared-with-flow/td-p/284678

I wondered if maybe there was something wrong with the gateway I was using, but when I tried to go to Data > Gateways,

I was struck with the message:

Premium account required
These features require an account for work or school and you have a personal email. To try these features, you can sign up for a trial now with your work or school email or by creating a new organization account.

This left me speechless. Putting aside the fact that I don't even have a personal account, I am using my work email with the following licenses: O365 BP, Power BI Pro, and Microsoft Power Automate Free.

Why can't I create a new File System connector? Is it because it's not included anymore in the free license? So I'm stuck with my old File System connector, which works btw, unable to change it anymore?

    Hi @IHeardPeopleSay

Indeed this is strange. I'll leave someone from Microsoft to clear up licensing stuff, but since Ignite some things moved from Premium to Free and vice versa. I think old Flows are not affected, but once you change something, the new licensing kicks in.

I couldn't find anything regarding a change in this connector, but this might be the issue.

    I also have this problem.

I firstly created a flow account using my personal email, but then I also have an account for my "school/work" account.

When I sign-in using the school/work account, it logs me in, but then when I get to Data > Gateways, it says I am logged in using a personal email.

I tried to reset and use an anonymous browser, but it still recognize my work account as a personal one.
